For the purposes of this Partner Agreement, an Active User is defined as a Customer of Engage by Luminustra who meets the following criteria on the date that Partner commissions are calculated, which is the 28th day of each calendar month:
 

• The Customer must have a valid and paid subscription to Engage by Luminustra.

• The subscription must be in good standing (i.e., not suspended, cancelled, or in arrears).

For clarity, a user will be considered an Active User for a given month if their paid subscription is active on the 28th of that month. If a subscription starts after the 28th of a month, they will be considered an Active User for the following month's commission calculation, provided their subscription remains active and paid on the subsequent 28th. Similarly, if a subscription is cancelled or lapses before the 28th of a month, that user will not be considered an Active User for that month's commission calculation.
