Luminustra Partner Program Application

When you are ready to engage with us. 

 

The first step in becoming a partner is to complete the Partner Application Form. Please provide accurate and detailed information to help us assess your suitability for the Luminustra Partner Program.

Application Review:

Our team will carefully review all applications. The review process may take 3 business days. We evaluate applications based on the following criteria:

​

  1. Alignment and Fit: How well your company's values and vision align with Luminustra's. We look for partners who share our values.
     

  2. Business Experience and Stability: A proven track record of success with a stable business operation.
     

  3. Marketing and Sales Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to effectively market and sell products or services.
     

  4. Customer Support Commitment: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and support. Experience in providing onboarding, training, ongoing assistance is a plus.
     

  5. Technical Proficiency: Sufficient technical understanding to effectively use and communicate the value of a SaaS platform like Engage.
     

  6. Target Market Synergy: Alignment with our target market and the potential to reach new customer segments.

 

Enrollment Invitation:

If your application is approved, you will receive an email invitation to enroll in the Luminustra Partner Program. This invitation will include a link to the enrollment page.

Partner Enrollment:

To complete your registration as a Luminustra Partner, you must:

​

  1. Subscribe to the Partner Plan.

  2. Carefully review and accept the Luminustra Online Partner Agreement, which governs the terms of our partnership. This agreement includes details on revenue share, responsibilities, and other important conditions.

​

Please note that completing the application form does not guarantee acceptance into the Luminustra Partner Program. Your partnership is only finalized upon successful enrollment.
