Exhibit B - Revenue Share
This Exhibit outlines the revenue share structure for the Luminustra Managed Customer Revenue Share Program.
1. Commission Rate:
Partners will earn a commission of 20% of the Net Revenue received by Luminustra from each Active User they refer.
2. Partner Discount Authority:
Partners have the discretion to offer their referred Customers a choice of either a 10% or 15% discount on the listed plan prices.
3. Revenue Share Calculation:
The commission amount payable to the Partner is calculated based on the following table:

4. Important Notes:

"Net Revenue" is defined in Section 1 of the main Partner Agreement.

Partners must maintain an active, paid subscription to the Partner plan to be eligible to receive revenue share.

Luminustra reserves the right to modify the pricing and commission structure outlined in this Exhibit B. Partners will be notified of any changes in accordance with the Amendments section of the main Partner Agreement.
